As we bid farewell to the year, we are thrilled to bring you some exciting updates!

First and foremost, (as hinted at in our previous newsletter) we completed our move into our new global headquarters! This marks a significant milestone in our journey, symbolizing growth, innovation, and a commitment to delivering excellence, as well as our company values including environmentally friendly sustainability, reuse and repurpose. Our new modern space has a long and interesting history as North Carolina's first public book depository.

In addition, over the past few months, we have been very busy as we assisted many new customers to digitize their formerly cumbersome, mundane and manual, end-of-year inventory counts. We have also actively participated in two highly successful trade shows, establishing valuable connections with industry leaders, and proudly showcasing our latest offerings. Simultaneously, we are dedicated to elevating our online presence by wrapping-up a major overhaul and upgrade of our website, including all the latest RTLS content.

History of the North Carolina Book Depository

WISER's global headquarters is now in the old NC Book Depository, located in the warehouse district of downtown Raleigh. Built in 1925, it houses the oldest elevator in North Carolina. This building is truly a gem!

As the end of the year approaches, businesses around the world are gearing up for one of their most dreaded tasks - the annual inventory count. Traditionally, this process involves manual counting, consumes significant resources, and demands a considerable amount of time, taking away from core operations. Moreover, it's a recurring task that needs to be done annually, or even monthly or weekly in some cases. Implementing an autonomous real-time tracking and locating system is a smarter and more efficient way to handle this task.
